Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your order — but if something’s not right, we're here to help.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at anthemaus@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • order receipt
  • brief description of why you would like to return or exchange the item

We review each request carefully.

If the return reason is deemed fair (e.g. faulty item, incorrect order), we will issue a full refund for your purchase — including shipping.

If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind or simply don’t like it, we’re happy to accept the return, but you will be required to cover the return shipping cost.

For exchanges (e.g. wrong size or a different product), customers are responsible for covering shipping both ways.

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

We offer refunds on products that meet our return policy criteria.

To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us at anthemaus@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:

  • order receipt
  • brief explanation of the issue or reason for your return

If your request is approved (e.g. item is faulty, damaged, or the wrong product was sent), we will issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you will be eligible for a refund of the product price only — return shipping will be your responsibility.

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Exchanges (e.g. for sizing) do not qualify for refunds unless there is a product fault
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and approved

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
